AIP (Auto-immune protocol) Rub
Why is a company named after a nightshade selling an AIP barbecue rub?? It started when a family member who was battling auto-immune issues began the autoimmune protocol diet. Living in sunny New Mexico, we love cooking outdoors. None of our go-to rub recipes were AIP compliant. After much trial and error we came up with this unique bbq rub. Does it taste like a rub made with chile powder, sugar and other non-AIP spices? No it does not, but it is totally unique and fantastic. The first time we used it at a big birthday BBQ, people could not stop asking “what did you put on these awesome ribs?” Goes great on pork, chicken, beef, vegetables or pretty much anything that can be put on a grill or in a smoker!
Autoimmune Paleo/Protocol Diet Friendly!!!
Great on Ribs, Chicken, Pork and Vegetables!
No MSG, Sugar, Gluten or Nightshades
Paleo, Keto and Whole30 Friendly
