Chicken Shawarma

  Shawarma is a culinary treasure rooted in Middle Eastern tradition and celebrated for its irresistible medley of spices and mouthwatering aroma. This simple preparation method recreates the beautiful flavor of traditionally prepared Shawarma.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 Tablespoon of our Shawarma Seasoning

• 4oz Plain Greek Yogurt or 4oz Tahini sauce or 2oz of olive oil

• 1 Pound of boneless chicken breast or thighs

RECIPE

  1. Combine 1 tablespoon of our Shawarma Seasoning with 4oz of Greek Yogurt, Tahini sauce or olive oil. Mix well

  2. Mix in your chicken or favorite protein. Stir well making sure all pieces are coated with your mixture.

  3. Cover the marinating chicken and let it sit in your fridge for 4 to 24 hours.

  4. Cook your protein on the grill (prefered) , griddle or stovetop pan

  5. Serve on pita, naan or your favorite flatbread. Goes great with tahini sauce, cucumbers and tomatoes. Can also be served over rice with a light drizzle of mexican crema and cilantro
